My investment strategy focuses on areas with good connectivity and potential for rental appreciation, and Yelahanka fits that criteria. The developer, Fusion 4 Construction, has provided several amenities like a badminton court and a party hall which can be attractive to tenants. However, the lack of readily available OC status information was a bit of a drawback for my due diligence process. I'm hoping the rental demand in North Bangalore will justify the investment.

It was important for us to be close to schools, and Nagarjuna Vidyaniketan is a short distance, which is fantastic. The children's play area is a big plus for my kids. We paid approximately 64 Lakhs for our flat. The construction was completed in April 2023 and it's ready to move in. The partial power backup is reassuring for our needs. My only minor worry is the parking situation; it seems a little tight if you have guests with multiple vehicles. Otherwise, Fusion 4 Construction has delivered a good product.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Fusion 4 Pearl last month. The built-up area is around 1050 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. My husband liked the idea of a swimming pool and a gym within the complex. It's convenient that Nagarjuna Vidyaniketan school is only a 5-minute drive away, makes the morning commute much easier. The price was within our budget, around 59 Lakhs. The only thing we've noticed is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak office hou, but inside the complex it's peaceful. Fusion 4 Construction seems to have done a good job with the basic construction.
