I opted for a 2 BHK apartment, which is about 742 sq.ft carpet area. It's compact but functional. The proximity to Narayana Hospital and Maheshwari Public School, both nearby, is a major convenience. The swimming pool is a great way to relax after a long day at work. The only minor issue is the parking; it can be a bit challenging to navigate if you have a larger vehicle. But overall, it feels safe and well-managed.
