We bought a 1 BHK here a few months ago for our daughter who is studying in Chennai. The built-up area is a decent 481 square feet, which is enough for a single peon. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus. The location in Madipakkam is convenient, with Holy Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School only 0.8 kilometeaway, making it easy for her to get to class. The price was also within our budget, around 21.65 Lakh. Four Square Developeseems to have completed this project a while back in 2012. Power backup is a good amenity to have.

The location in Madipakkam is ideal because Holy Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby. We don't have to worry about long commutes for the kids.
