It's ready to move in, which was a big plus. The location in Madipakkam is convenient, with Holy Prince Matriculation Higher Secondary School only 0.8 kilometeaway, making it easy for her to get to class. The price was also within our budget, around 21.65 Lakh. Four Square Developeseems to have completed this project a while back in 2012. Power backup is a good amenity to have.
