We looked at a 2 BHK, and the layout was functional. The zero kilometer distance to D. A. V. School is a massive plus for us; it saves so much travel time for the kids. We also liked that Kauvery Hospital is just around the corner. The main road access could be a little better, as you have to navigate through some internal lanes. The rooms felt a bit compact, especially the second bedroom in the 2 BHK unit. Despite that, the proximity to essential services and the metro makes it a strong contender for our family home. We are hoping the developer addresses the interior space perception.
