We were looking for a home near the IT corridor and Fountain Park fits our needs perfectly. The Miyapur Metro Station is nearby, which is very helpful for our weekend commute. We chose the 2 BHK unit of 1346 Sq.ft because it has a very practical layout. JB Galaxy has planned the amenities well, especially the fountains and the children play area. Since we both work in tech, having high speed lifts is a relief for our daily routine. The site location in Chandanagar is peaceful yet connected to all major hubs. We are really looking forward to moving in once the construction wraps up in March 2028. Everything seems transparent so far and the sales team has answered all our queries regarding the building plans.

I visited the site in Lingampally and the progress seems steady for an under construction project. The campus has plenty of trees and a swimming pool, which will be nice to relax after a long shift. My wife is particularly fond of the Vastu compliant design. While the project looks promising, the traffic near the main approach road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is my only worry. JB Galaxy seems to have a solid plan for the clubhouse and overall facilities. Hopefully, the quality matches the initial promises made.

Being a professional, I appreciate the proximity to NH 65 which makes commuting towards the city much easier. The budget starts from 88.13 Lakh and goes up to 1.39 Crore, which is fair for this locality. My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that is expected in this developing pocket. Security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance are a must have, and I am glad they are included.

Finding a school for the kids was our main priority, so we were happy to see CHIREC Intl. School is close to Fountain Park. The location in Nallagandala is quite family friendly with plenty of open spaces. We booked a 3 BHK flat and the size is massive at 2041 Sq.ft. JB Galaxy has included a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting, which is great for the environment. The complex will be safe for our little ones because of the comprehensive security and 24x7 water supply. We hope the common areas like the gymnasium and the park are maintained well after the handover. It is a bit pricey for our budget but the convenience of the location makes it worth the expense for our family.

JB Galaxy has been quite helpful with the paperwork process. The location in Nallagandala is great because it is not too far from my office. I really liked that they have included an open gym and a yoga area, which is something I wanted for my daily routine. The construction is currently underway and the expected completion is March 2028.
