I bought a 2 BHK apartment, around 1294 sq.ft. The FN Infrastructures Pvt Ltd developer has completed the project, so I could see the actual construction. The price of 42.06 Lakh was within my budget. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and indoor games available. The location in Vishweshwara Nagar is decent, close to the Ring Road which is useful. I’m looking forward to moving in soon.
