We are looking at a 4 BHK flat, the sizes are quite generous, like the 2831 square feet option. The developer, Forum Projects, mentioned a children's play area and a youth centre with a pool and skate park, which the kids are very excited about. The total built-up area for these large flats goes up to 5447 square feet for the 6 BHK. The only slight worry is the traffic on main roads during peak hougetting into New Town, but the internal roads being managed privately is good. The price point is high, starting at 4.52 Crore.
