Being close to major IT hubs is a huge plus for our commutes. The developer, Sri Sreenivasa Infra, has a decent reputation. We liked the idea of the rooftop club and the amphitheater for weekend entertainment. The price point is on the higher side, around 1.99 Crore for the smaller ones, but the size and location justify it for us. Construction is still ongoing, scheduled for February 2030 completion, so we have time. The panoramic lake views from the premium apartments are also a big draw.
