I was looking for a property with good connectivity and Fortune Vedas Phase I seemed suitable. Being close to the Pune-Nashik National highway and Alandi Road is a big plus. I bought a 2 BHK flat which has a spacious carpet area of 981 square feet, costing approximately 44 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which saved us the hassle of waiting. The developer, Fortune Vastusilpa Develope, has included essential amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and 24X7 water supply. The entrance lobby looks good too. The only thing is that the OC received status is not available, which is something to consider. Otherwise, the location and the flat size are quite satisfactory for my family.
