We finally booked a 3 BHK here at Fortune Prime. My husband liked that Ambe School is nearby, which will make school drop-offs much easier. The carpet area for the 3 BHK starts at 1082 Sq.ft, so we have plenty of space. The overall budget for our apartment was around 90 Lakh, which felt reasonable given the location in Manjalpur. I am a bit concerned about the traffic during peak hounear Bahubali Circle, but hopefully, the school drop point amenity will help manage things. The developer, Fortune Group, has a good reputation. The completion date is September 2029, so we have some time.
