Being in South City II, Sector 49, it’s quieter than the main roads. We appreciated that it was ready to move in by November 2020. The waiting lounge is a nice facility. The price is 5.87 Crore onwards, which was at the top end of our budget, but the space justifies it. We are happy to finally own a property.
