  Finally moved into Fortune KPS Town last week. It feels good to own my fit place. The location in Jaipuria is quite convenient, especially being a short distance from St. Andrews School Agra, which is great for future planning. I also liked that the project has a fire fighting system, which gave me some peace of mind. The landscaping is also done nicely, making the complex look pleasant. I haven't faced any major issues so far. The apartment feels adequate for a single peon, and everything seems to be in working order. I'm hopeful this will be a good start to my homeownehip journey. The developer, Fortune Proptech Private Limited, seems to have focused on basic safety and aesthetics.

  I purchased this apartment in Fortune KPS Town for my parents who live in Agra. They needed a place that was close to essential services. The proximity to G. R. Hospital & Research Centre, a short distance, was a major deciding factor for me, given their age. Also, the Taj East Gate Metro Station being a short distance provides good connectivity for them to visit other parts of the city. My parents have moved in and seem comfortable. They mentioned the fire fighting system is a good safety feature. The landscaping looks nice too, which they appreciate. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, so that saved us a lot of hassle. Fortune Proptech Private Limited delivered a functional space for them.

  Living in Fortune KPS Town has been quite alright for me. The location in Jaipuria is decent, and I can get to the metro station in about 11 minutes, which helps with my commute to work. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a big plus. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the common areas look fresh. However, the traffic on the main road near Jaipuria can be a bit much during peak hou, which is something to consider. Also, the parking area seems a little cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, it's a functional place for a single peon, and Fortune Proptech Private Limited seems to have completed the basic amenities.
