The biggest draw for us is that St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School is right next door, practically nearby. This saves so much hassle with school runs. We are looking at a 4 BHK. The VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL is also a short distance, which provides peace of mind for any emergencies. The developer, Fortune Enterprise, seems committed to delivering the project on time. We are excited about moving into a new home.
