This is my fit property purchase. I picked Fort Heritage in Lakdikapool. The location is quite central, very close to the metro station. I bought a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1754 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.75 Crore. One thing that concerned me was the dust from nearby construction activities, but I was told it will settle down. The developer, Maphar Constructions, has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are good facilities to have. The waiting lounge looks elegant. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable once I move in. It is a 24 floohigh-rise structure.
