Mylapore is a very well-connected part of Chennai, and having the Mylapore Police Station Bus Stop a short distance is convenient for my staff. The price point of around 2.74 Crore was at the higher end of my budget, but the quality and location justified it for me. The developer, Fomra Housing & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a decent reputation. The rain water harvesting system is also a good feature to have in Chennai.
