I particularly liked the Senior Citizen Siteout and the Landscaping & Tree Planting which add to the greenery. The 1 BHK flat size is adequate for me. Being close to Anand Niketan School Maninagar Campus is not directly relevant to me but shows the area is established. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for comfortable living. The valet parking is a nice touch, though not strictly necessary for my needs. It feels quite settled here.
