The biggest draw was the proximity to the Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School, practically zero distance. It's located off Vatva Road, and the price for the 2 BHK was around 19 Lakhs, which fit our budget for a ready-to-move property. The Expressway is also just 2 kilometeaway, making weekend trips easier. We did notice the roads around the project can get quite busy, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. However, having the school so close outweighs that minor inconvenience for us.
