We decided on Floret Brahmachaitanya because it's close to Podar International School, just nearby. That was the deciding factor for us. The 1 BHK layout is compact but functional for our needs. Having 24x7 water supply is essential with kids, and this project offethat. The area, Vadgaon Budruk, is becoming quite popular. We visited the site, and the construction quality looked solid. The only slight drawback is that the parking can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or two. Otherwise, it's a convenient location with hospitals like Apollo Spectra also nearby.
