Finding a home with good schools nearby was our top priority for our family. Flora Magnolia is situated in Serilingampally and is literally close to Manthan International School, which is fantastic. We purchased a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1296 square feet. It's ready to move, so we could shift right after the school term started. The provision for 24/7 water supply and closed car parking are very convenient for our family. The area around Raidurg Nav Khalsa Village is developing, and while that brings progress, the traffic can be quite congested during school drop-off and pick-up times, making the short distance feel longer sometimes. Still, a great location for families.
