Finding a home near our children's school was the top priority, and Firms Krishna delivered on that. It's literally zero kilometefrom SBOA School & Junior College, which is a dream for any parent. We are looking at a 3 BHK unit. Having MGM Healthcare so close is also a big relief. Firm Foundations has provided a ready to move option here. The downside is that Anna Nagar can be quite congested, and finding parking for visitomight become an issue later on. The Thirumangalam Metro Station Bus Stop is about 1.4 kilometeaway, which is manageable. We are hoping the community develops well and becomes a peaceful place to live.

It's extremely convenient being right next to SBOA School & Junior College and MGM Healthcare. This saves a lot of travel time daily. While the Anna Nagar area is well-connected, the traffic can be quite intense during peak hou, and sometimes the noise from the main road filteinto the apartment. However, for a government employee like myself, the convenience and the developer's track record are reassuring.
