I am buying this flat for my parents who live in Chennai. They wanted to be in Anna Nagar East, close to the hospital, and MGM Healthcare is conveniently nearby. Firms DejaVu Vu by Firm offeready-to-move flats. I chose a 3 BHK for them, and the carpet area is quite spacious, starting from 1022 square feet. The location is good, and the metro station is also close by. I have also looked at the amenities they offer, such as the piped gas connection and the sewage treatment plant, which are important for comfort. My parents will appreciate the landscaping too. I hope they will be very comfortable here.
