We just moved into our 2 BHK at Firm Tranquility last month. The built-up area is a good 1055 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. Having the cycling and jogging track right outside is fantastic for my morning runs. The location in Madipakkam is convenient, close enough to the main roads without being too noisy. We liked the landscaped gardens, they look really well-maintained. The price was a bit high, around 63 Lakhs, but we felt it was worth it for the quality and amenities. The construction seems solid. Only minor thing is the parking is a bit tight, but we manage.
