We chose Firm Kalyan because of its proximity to SBOA School & Junior College, which is only a minute away. This was a major deciding factor for our family. We purchased a 3 BHK flat, about 1275 square feet, within the 1.64 Crore budget. The fact that it's ready to move and completed in 2015 was perfect for our timeline. The children's play area wasn't listed, but the landscaping is nice. The video door security gives us peace of mind knowing the kids are safe. While the price is a bit high, the convenience for the children’s education makes it worthwhile.
