The price was around 1.03 Crore, which felt reasonable considering it's a villa. The developer, FIRE Arcor Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., has completed the project since June 2009. We liked the overall layout and the landscaping. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good additions. However, the access road to the project isn't great, it's a narrow lane and can get dusty during dry weather. Also, getting loan approval from Punjab National Bank took a bit longer than expected.
