I picked Ferns Paradise in Marathahalli for my parents because it's ready to move in. They can shift right away. The 4 BHK villas are quite large, around 4000 sq.ft, which gives them plenty of space. Being on Old Airport Road is convenient for them to visit friends and for any hospital needs, Cloudnine is a short distance. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for them to stay active. My only worry is the traffic on Old Airport Road during peak hou, but since they don't commute daily, it should be manageable. The security seems good too, with 24x7 security and intercom. I hope they will be comfortable here.
