The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, they spend a lot of time there after school. The location on MG Road is quite central. One thing I have noticed is that during monsoon season, the landscaping can get a bit waterlogged in places, but it dries up quickly. Overall, the security is good, and the building feels solid.
