Provided basic amenities like a children's play area and landscaping. It's a ready-to-move plot, so I can start planning my construction whenever I'm ready. HDFC bank is one of the listed finance partne, which is helpful. My only reservation is about the maintenance of common areas; it needs to be consistent. I haven't seen much activity on the jogging track, so I hope they keep things well-kept. Overall, it felt like a stable choice for a solo buyer.

Seems to have a decent track record. The location near Sii Road is developing nicely. Amenities like the swimming pool and children's play area are a good addition for future development. Power backup is also a plus. My main concern is that OC is not available, which makes things a bit uncertain for future construction plans.
