Mohammed Minhaj Uddin is the developer. We looked at the 1440 Sq.ft plots. The project is under construction with completion planned for February 2027. The price point starting from 89.31 Lakhs is quite high, and we are stretching our finances for this. While the airport is nearby, which is convenient for travel, the internal roads within Maheshwaram are still quite narrow and can get congested during peak houWe are hoping the developer addresses the infrastructure around the project before handover.

My only concern is the dust and traffic on the way to the site, as it's under construction and the roads aren't fully developed yet. I hope this improves post-completion.
