We bought a 4 BHK here because we needed the extra space for the kids to study and play. Falcon Reality Services Private Limited has put in place some excellent features like rain water harvesting which shows a commitment to the environment. The project is located in Sector 135 A, which is quite close to the Alwar Bypass Road. While the project is currently under construction, we are satisfied with the communication from the builder. Traffic near the highway can get a bit loud during peak hou, but that is common for most well connected locations in the region. We are very optimistic.
