The built-up area is substantial, ranging from 1650 sq.ft to 1900 sq.ft, offering plenty of space for our growing family. The price range for these villas is between 12.75 Lakh and 80.86 Lakh, which we found competitive for the size and location. Chettipalayam is a developing area and we believe it's a good investment. The presence of a children's play area and gymnasium is a great bonus for us. We are looking forward to moving in soon.
