It is ready to move which was a big plus for us as we did not want to wait. The area is quite established and close to where we teach. We saw St. Paul's High School is only nearby, which is convenient. The main concern for us is the price point, which is a bit higher than we initially planned, but we are hoping the location and quality will justify it in the long run. The Occupation Certificate is received, so that gives us some peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a sensible decision for our growing family.
