  After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. F K Constructions F K Highlands in Perumbakkam seemed suitable. It is ready to move in, so no waiting. I looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are quite spacious with carpet areas up to 728 square feet. The price goes up to 24.02 Lakh, which is reasonable for the size. The developer FK Construction has delivered on time before. The location is decent, but I find the nearby distance to the Airport Metro Station a bit inconvenient for travel. The roads leading to the project could also be better maintained.

  We were looking for a ready to move property in Chennai South and stumbled upon F K Constructions F K Highlands. The location in Perumbakkam is quite accessible, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houWe bought a 3 BHK flat which has a carpet area of around 600 square feet. The price point felt reasonable for the size and the fact that it is ready to occupy. FK Construction seems to have a decent reputation. The only amenity is a temple, which is fine for us. We hope the maintenance charges are not too high.

It is also very close to Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital. We bought a 3 BHK flat here, with a carpet area ranging from 600 to 728 square feet. The space is decent for our family. The project by FK Construction is ready to move in. The overall price range is from 13.3 Lakh to 24.02 Lakh. The only downside is the dust from the ongoing development in the surrounding areas. It can be quite annoying.
