The location is fantastic, right in the central business district, and very close to Mount Road and NH 45. I bought a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 3135 Sq.ft. The complex includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, and ample car parking. Being ready to move in since May 2015 is also a plus. The only thing I noticed during my visit was that the construction dust from ongoing work in the vicinity can be a bit botheome sometimes.
