The developer, Express BuildePvt Ltd, has equipped the project with excellent amenities including a gymnasium, swimming pool, and even a mini theatre, which our kids love. The 75% open green area is a huge plus. My only concern is the traffic noise from the nearby expressway, especially during peak houWe are also waiting for the Occupancy Certificate, which is not available yet, but the project is ready to move. The price for the 4 BHK units goes up to 5.34 Crore.
