I decided to buy my own place in Experion Windchants Phase 3 because I work in IT and the Dwarka Expressway location is very convenient. It’s easy to get to my office from here. The amenities are fantastic, especially the swimming pool and the squash court, which I use regularly. The mini theatre is a nice touch for weekend relaxation. Experion Developehave provided good security with lifts and what seems like good common area maintenance. Car parking is sorted. The only thing I've noticed is that the water pressure can be a bit low during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a secure and comfortable environment, and close to essentials.
