This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Evos Mahaveer Enclave. I bought a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 748 square feet. The price was 31.5 Lakh, which I felt was reasonable for a ready-to-move property. The developer, Evos Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., seems reliable. I really liked the landscaped gardens and the children's play area. It's located adjacent to the Sidha Mahavir Temple in Patrapada. The connectivity is good, with NH-5 and NH-203 nearby. The only downside I noticed during my visit was that there was some construction dust from nearby ongoing developments, but that should settle down. I'm looking forward to moving in soon.

We needed a larger apartment for our growing family, so we upgraded to a 3 BHK at Evos Mahaveer Enclave. The carpet area is about 1044 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. The location in Patrapada is convenient because it's close to schools and hospitals. All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Manipal Hospitals are nearby, and the Bhubaneswar railway station is also nearby. We were happy that the project is ready to move since July 2019. The community hall and center are useful for family gatherings. The price for the 3 BHK was around 40 Lakh, which fit our budget for an upgrade. The cycling and jogging tracks are a nice touch for fitness.

The price was around 30 Lakh, a good investment. The location in Patrapada, adjacent to the Sidha Mahavir Temple, is peaceful. Amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and 24x7 Security are essential for elderly residents. It's also close to NH-5, making it easy for them to travel. I did find out that the OC received status is not available, which is a point of slight concern, but the builder, Evos Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., has been responsive to queries.

We liked the carpet area for the 2 BHK, around 738 to 748 square feet, which felt spacious enough for us. The price range, between 29.67 Lakh and 41.61 Lakh, was within our budget. It's ready to move which was a big plus. The Olympic size swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities. The location is decent, close to NH-5, making commutes easier. Our only small concern is that sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but overall it’s a good deal for the price and amenities offered by Evos Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.

The project is ready to move, which was very important for us. The developer, Evos Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., has a good reputation. We liked the idea of the community hall and center, and the gymnasium. The location is quite convenient, being close to the Bhubaneswar railway station and close to major highways like NH-5 and State Highway-13. One thing that could be better is the parking. If you have multiple ca, it can feel a bit cramped. However, the overall value and the amenities like the swimming pool and tree plantation make it a good choice.
