We were looking for a larger home for our growing family and zeroed in on this 3 BHK by Evernal Properties. The built-up area of 1600 to 2200 square feet is perfect for us. We booked a unit for just under 35 Lakhs. The proximity to Oakridge International School, a short distance, was a major deciding factor for us. Having a gated community with amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply makes daily life easier. The parking is closed car parking, which is good. What concerns me a bit is that the project is ready to move, but there's no mention of OC received. This lack of transparency is a bit worrying. The journey to Nallur Halli Metro station is also quite long. Still, for the kids' school proximity, it's a good trade-off.

The proximity to Oakridge International School is also good, though I don't have children. My only minor concern is the traffic on Sarjapur Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Otherwise, it seems like a solid choice.
