The location is also very convenient, with Shadnagar Bus Station a short distance and Montessori High School shadnagar just a 4-minute drive. This makes our daily commute and school runs much easier. We are happy with the internal roads and footpaths provided. The only thing is that the prices, though not officially listed, seemed a bit high during our site visit compared to similar plots in the area. We are still considering it.
