Pune and Mumbai The golden triangle of Nashik has generated a great deal of interest in Nashik as a viable real estate location for industrial and residential developments. This city is suitable for a range of projects due to its availability of open plot area, commercial spaces, possible residential regions, and even suitable spots for industrial belt. In addition, the city's interconnectedness is a major asset. In addition to the current Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the almost finished Mumbai-Nashik highway, the Maharashtra government has proposed a Pune-Nashik highway in order to complete the triangle.
The government of Maharashtra is also constructing a semi-high-speed railway between Pune and Nashik. The DMRC-Delhi-Mumbai corridor would also include Nashik as an important destination, and the recently sanctioned Chennai-Surat highway will link Nashik to the South and bring it closer to Surat, the eco-center of Gujarat.
As a result of this infrastructural development, Nashik is already luring huge firms to establish a presence here, the most recent being the announcement of a 3500 Cr Reliance Life Science project in the city. Good educational institutions and universities are attracted to the city by the increasing demand for residential constructions. Additionally, big healthcare facilities are building in the city, with the intention of making Nashik the medical centre of Maharashtra. Consequently, Nashik is becoming a desirable real estate location on many fronts.
