BDA & mid-day Hot Property Exhibition

The Brihanmumbai Developers Association, more commonly known as BDA, has collaborated with Mid-Day to organise a Property Expo that will take place at the Kora Kendra Ground 2 in Borivali West from the 30th of September to the 2nd of October 2022. There will be a display of over 200 different projects in and around the Western Suburbs of Mumbai by around 45 of the most prominent developers.

"Here at the BDA, we couldn't be more excited about the Expo, and to show it, we're planning some special giveaways for all of the participating Developers' booths. In spite of the fact that it is the Festive period, we are prepared to make the next Property Expo the most successful edition ever. Apartment sales contributed around 53% to this belt in 2021, making the western suburbs of Mumbai (Bandra to Dahisar) the most dominant market in the city. The year 2022 will be a defining moment." According to Harish Jain, who serves as the vice president of the BDA.

"We have built a 360-degree campaign that incorporates Print, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Radio media, as well as internet media. We want to increase the size of our audience by using social media influencers. The campaign has been painstakingly developed by H & Co., which is our Creative Agency. Jesal Ajmera, President of BDA Yuva, claims that regardless of involvement level, each and every BDA member is actively involved in the organisation.

"We have been performing successful displays in Mumbai Western Suburbs owing to the huge demand," said Mukesh Sharma, Business Head of Mid Day. "With the creation of the BDA, it has become a Real Estate Festival."

Commenting on the aforementioned pattern, Chintan Vasani, Founder Partner of Wisebiz and Vice President of BDA Yuva, made the following observation in reference to the trend: "The real estate market has expanded due to the current optimism of purchasers. In addition, buyers took advantage of the opportunity to acquire real estate, notably in Mumbai's western suburbs. This was possible as a result of the affordable loan rates and appealing payment plans provided by the developers, in addition to several other alluring offers. The pace of sales will go up significantly since this will be the last opportunity for buyers of real estate before prices are most likely to go up.
