    I recently purchased a flat in Etica Seven Hills. The price point of 4.28 Crore onwards for a 2250 Sq.ft 4 BHK in Alwarpet is competitive for this area. It's a ready to move in property, which was a significant factor for me. The location is good, with St. John's Sr. Sec. School & Jr. College also at zero kilomete, very convenient for families. They have essential amenities like paved compound and lifts. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which might be an issue for some buyelooking for complete documentation.
