The 4 BHK apartment offea generous 2850 square feet of saleable area, which is perfect for settling in comfortably. The project was ready to move by December 2018 and the price was around 5.42 Crore. The developer, Etica Develope, seems to have focused on basic amenities like lifts and car parking. The Kotturpuram location is quite accessible. While the apartment size is great, the initial cost is quite high, which is something to consider. The Vastu compliance is also a thoughtful inclusion.
