I purchased a 2 BHK villa, around 1100 square feet, which falls in the lower budget bracket of approximately 37 Lakh. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor in my decision. The landscaping and tree planting make the community look pleasant. While the location in Patia is developing, the access roads are not the best. It's a bit of a drive to reach the main conveniences, though Swasthya Multispeciality Hospital is about 6.29 kilometeaway. Ethics Assets Pvt Ltd seems to have focused on basic living needs.
