We have been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. Eternia caught our eye because of the sheer number of amenities. A swimming pool, gymnasium, club house, and even a private home theatre are listed. We are considering a 2 BHK apartment, with carpet sizes between 501 and 597 square feet. The budget of 44.7 Lakhs upwards is manageable for us. The location in Madhyamgram is decent, though not directly on the main road. Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. Is the developer, and they seem to offer a lot in this project. I just hope the construction quality holds up over the yeaWe are looking forward to moving in after the September 2023 completion.

This is my fit property purchase, and I wanted something with good future potential. Eternia in Madhyamgram seems to be in a developing area. The price for a 2 BHK, around 501 square feet carpet area, starts at 44.7 Lakhs. It comes with a lot of amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a club house, which is nice for a fit-time buyer. Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. Is the developer. However, the access road to the project is quite narrow, about 200 mete, which might be inconvenient sometimes. The construction is under progress, with an expected completion in September 2023. I am hoping for a smooth process and good build quality.

Is developing the project. The location in Madhyamgram is relatively peaceful, though I do wish the access road was a bit wider. Construction is still ongoing, expected completion is September 2023.
