I was looking for a ready-to-move property and ETA Rosedale fit the bill. The pricing seemed competitive for the area, ranging from 34.83 Lakh for a 1 BHK up to 78.3 Lakh for a 3 BHK. I opted for a 1 BHK which measures 789 square feet. It's a compact unit but well-designed. The project offeessential amenities like a children's play area and rainwater harvesting. While the main roads like OMR and GST Road are accessible, the internal roads leading to the project could be better maintained. The concierge service is a nice touch for a project completed so long ago.

I secured a 3 BHK apartment in ETA Rosedale for my parents who are relocating. The super built-up area is quite generous, starting from 1547 square feet, offering plenty of room. The location in Padur is close to essential facilities like Chettinad Hospital And Research Institute, which is nearby. The project has amenities like a club house, swimming pool, and gymnasium which my parents will enjoy. While the price is towards the higher end, reaching up to 78.3 Lakh, the quality and convenience seem to justify it. The only minor downside is that the OC received date is not available, which might be a concern for some.

Finding a place that balances location and amenities can be tough, but ETA Rosedale offea good mix. I have a 2 BHK here, approximately 1247 square feet. The development by ETA Star Property Developehas a lot of greenery and thoughtful landscaping, which I appreciate. The gymnasium and sauna bath are great for unwinding after work. While the project is close to OMR, the traffic can be quite heavy during commute times. However, having 24/7 water supply and a fire fighting system provides peace of mind. The construction was completed a while back, in December 2010.

I was impressed with the range of amenities offered, including a club house, tennis court, and a swimming pool. The proximity to Hindustan Univeity is a definite advantage. The price point, starting from around 34.83 Lakh, was within my budget. The only small issue I've noticed is the parking area can get a bit congested during weekends.
