The developer, ETA Star Property Develope, has included a lot of amenities like a swimming pool, skating rink, and a club house. The location in Sriperumbudur, Mambakkam is decent, with schools like Maharishi International Residential School nearby. My only real hesitation was the dust and noise from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but that's common in developing zones. The project was completed in May 2012, so it's ready. The 24x7 water supply is a must-have.
