We were looking for a ready to move flat and found Estrella I. Foundation One seems to have decent construction quality. The best part is the proximity to GEM Hospital which is literally nearby, and National Model Matriculation Higher Secondary School is also right there. This makes commuting for my wife, who works at the school, super easy. We got a decent sized flat, though the configuration details weren't very clear initially. The power backup is a good feature, especially during monsoon when outages are common here. One thing we are slightly worried about is the traffic on Trichy Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Overall, it feels like a safe investment for us right now.

Foundation One provided 24X7 water supply which is essential for a family. We looked at a couple of configurations and they seemed practical for our needs. The main concern is the noise from the nearby Trichy Road, it's quite busy and can be loud at times, especially for the kids. But the convenience outweighs this for us. We are hoping the developer addresses the noise issue or we get used to it.

We finally decided to upgrade from our rental place and bought a flat at Estrella I by Foundation One. The location in Uppilipalayam is quite convenient. We visited the site multiple times and the construction looked solid. Having the National Model Matriculation Higher Secondary School and GEM Hospital within nearby distance was a major factor for us. It saves so much travel time. The 24X7 water supply and power backup are really good features. We booked a flat and the process was smooth. However, the access road to the project is a bit narrow and can get dusty during construction phases. Also, the parking space available is average. We hope the dust issue gets resolved soon. It's a ready to move project which was important.
