I purchased a 1200 Sq.ft plot in Tirumanahalli. The price of 45.6 Lakh felt reasonable for the area, especially considering it's ready for development. It's close to the hospital, so the commute should be manageable. My main concern is the dust on the roads leading to the project, which is typical for developing areas. I am also checking if OC is received, as that's important. Overall, Esther Enterprises seems reliable.
