I have been living in Thane for many yeaand decided to move to a newer complex like Estella - Tower C and D. The 2 BHK flats with 752 Sq.ft of carpet area are comfortable for two people. It is a new launch by Agile Real Estate Dev Private Limited so the building will be modern. I like that the completion is scheduled for June 2032 as it gives me plenty of time to sort out my current property sale. The location in Balkum is very accessible and the roads are quite wide. I visited the site and it seems well placed. My only minor worry is the dust from nearby ongoing construction work but I expect that to settle once the projects are finished.
