The location in Choodasandra is developing, with good connectivity to Sarjapur Road. The price for my unit was about 78 Lakhs. The community hall is also a good facility for hosting gatherings. Estella Projects Pvt Ltd delivered the property by December 2020. I paid about 65 Lakhs for it. The only feedback I received is that the parking space is a bit tight when visitocome over. Otherwise, they are quite comfortable.
